Prepare for Chinese New Year with the Crispy Whole Suckling Pig from Ban Heng Pavilion Restaurant at HarbourFront Centre
Besides Yu Sheng, another traditional gourmet for Chinese New Year will be the roasted Suckling Pig.
Grilled to perfection with a crackling skin and meat that boast of an incredible juicyness, one can dip it in the Cantonese style plum sauce to savour the sweet sour notes.
Ban Heng will be offering 4 set menus for their Lunar New Year Reunion Dinner ranging from $518 to $998 for 10 pax.
There will be 2 sessions on 15 Feb, the first seating will be from 5.30pm to 7.30pm while the second seating will be from 8.00pm to 10.00pm.
